(1) Statutory reports are missing 30% of Form 7s compared to daily bulletins

There is a discrepancy between the statutory reports and Delhi CEO’s daily bulletin numbers. Compared to the aggregate numbers mentioned in the Delhi CEO’s daily bulletins, the statutory reports are missing:

Some of the missing Form 7 are likely explained by the missing Form 10 reports in the statutory reports for 15 ACs for Oct 12; see missing data.
