(1) Statutory lists are missing 30% of Form 7s compared to daily bulletins
There is a discrepancy between the statutory lists and Delhi CEO’s daily bulletin numbers. Compared to the aggregate numbers mentioned in the Delhi CEO’s daily bulletins, the statutory lists are missing:
30% of Form 7 6,114 / 20,074
0.4% of Form 6 1,144 / 2,67,441
Some of the missing Form 7 are likely explained by the missing Form 10 reports in the statutory list for 15 ACs for Oct 12; see missing data.
(2) 72% of Form 7 have been disposed, but only 24% of Form 6 have been disposed
As of Oct 18 (the latest week in the disposal report), the share of forms received, including those received before Aug 30, that have been disposed of:
72% of Form 7s 47,105 / 65,584
24% of Form 6s 1,07,451 / 4,51,862
